Sedan augusti 2011 är Ivar Veskioja VD för 1Office Sverige. Han är ansvarig för företagets vardagligt arbete och kundrelationer. Han är född i Tallinn och har universitetsexamen i statskunskap från Tallinn Universitet. Under sin studietid var han medlem i Universitetsstyrelsen, Senaten och orförande i Studentkåren.
Under 2 år har Ivar varit VD för Tavex AB Sverige. Tidigare har han arbetat som utvecklingschef på Tavid AS, moderbolag till Tavex AB. Han har även arbetat som Salesforce AB Tallinn teamchef och varit medlem i många tredje sektorers styrelsen.
Från och med året 2008 är han styrelsemedlem i Estnisk-Svenska Handelskammaren.

Taave has during many years been assisting Estonian companies to understand and evaluate the possibilities to establish themselves or their products on Swedish market as well as helped Swedish companies to create contacts and find opportunities in Estonia.
2002 Taave was responsible for the establishment of the Enterprise Estonia representation in Stockholm and continued to manage the office during following five years.
Taave started his academic education at Tartu University, studying history but continued after one year in Stockholm University with Human Geography as the major subject. Taave was the initiator and one of the co-founders of the Estonian Swedish Chamber of Commerce, where he has been a member of the board since then. He has been active in a number of Estonian-Swedish NGOs.

Ragnar was appointed as the country manager in Estonia in October 2011.
Ragnar has graduated from Tallinn University of Technology. Before 1Office he worked three years as a development manager of the real estate company 1Partner, business manager of Estonia’s biggest telecom company Elion and marketing director for the Tallinn University of Technology.
Ragnar speaks Estonian, English and Russian.

Rein Malm is the founder and owner of RM Consulting AB & Partners, Sweden. The company main consulting services are in Business Development and Market Expansion. Rein has a lifelong global management experience and has graduated from Gothenburg Schools of Economics. He has a broad experience with Estonian companies and commercial life. During the last 20 years he has supported hundreds of small, medium and large Baltic and Nordic companies from different industrial segments with their developments.
In 2008 he was a co-founder of the Estonian Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Stockholm and has been member of the board since.
