Establishing companies

To set up an Estonian PLC (private limited company), one must fill the appropriate form, visit notary and transfer the minimum capital of 2500 EUR to the new bank account, and the rest is taken care of by 1Office. A company established by us can get a discount on registering their business address as Narva mnt 5, as well as a discount on the bookkeeping service.

Off-the-shelf company

The necessary minimum share capital of an PLC established by 1Office is already on the company balance sheet, a bank account has been opened and the business address is registered to Narva mnt 5. A company bought from us can get a discount on registering their business address as Narva mnt 5, as well as a discount on the bookkeeping service.

Amendments in commercial register

1Offices helps make changes in the central commercial register, like changing the address, name, board members, share capital, fields of operation, etc.

Legal services
